Paytm- Users convince in mind: Paytm is the most popular firm of digital transaction that is used in India to make digital transactions. After demonetization that happened in November 2016, the Paytm has improved its services to make it easy for the people to use the App and go cashless without any worry. Such add-on features and improvement has made the app very popular. Recently on Wednesday, the Paytm Service team had come up with an announcement on charging 2 percent fee for those using credit cards to make money transfers in their wallets. But, this decision went reverse due to which the Paytm now rolls back the decision and there is no charge as such charged from now on. This decision was taken on keeping users convenience in mind.

The Paytm was not charging any fees and was allowing the users to take out cash easily out of wallet from their bank accounts which also lead to the misuse of the services. There were some customers who were making continuous transfers from their credit cards into the wallets and then transfer the money into their bank accounts with no charge. They were also enjoying the benefits of the reward point and were charge no fees credit charges by the bank. This was the reason for taking up the decision of charging 2 percent on credit card transfers. Apart from this, for the genuine users, the Paytm promised to give back the charge amount in the form of reward points that can be further used as Paytm and other ways. Taking the strong decision, the Paytm made an announcement on Wednesday.

One of the officials of the Paytm firm says,” keeping the millions of customers and merchant interest as the utmost priority, we decide to suspend the 2 percent fees and will continue to build a series of features to curb the misuse.” Very soon the digital payment firm Paytm will come up with plans in order to prevent the mis curb.
